Brady & Monac, P.C., established in 1987, engages in the general practice of law with an emphasis in real estate, worker's compensation, personal injury litigation and estate planning and administration. Our staff is comprised of the principles, James M. Brady and Clifford A. Monac and another attorney associated with the firm, four paralegals, insurance advisers and support staff. The Firm has extensive experience in litigating cases in the areas of worker's compensation, employment discrimination and Social Security disability before administrative agencies, and have also tried a number of civil and criminal cases in the Superior and District Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The Firm also concentrates in the areas of zoning and land use law, estate planning, probate administration, Medicaid planning and elder law.
We represent numerous lenders, and act as agents for various title insurance companies.
Brady & Monac, P.C. has represented sellers, buyers, and lenders and we are familiar with all facets of real estate closings. Presently a large percentage of our business is real estate transactions and we are further cultivating that part of our practice with individuals and developers.
