Brady & Monac, P.C., established in 1987, engages in the general practice of law with an emphasis in disability law, general and business litigation as well as real estate. We represent numerous banks and mortgage companies and act as agents for various title insurance companies.

I have experience litigating numerous cases in the areas of workers compensation and social security disability law before administrative agencies and have also tried a number of civil and criminal cases in the District and Superior Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Concentrating in the area of disability law, including those persons who suffer from latex allergies, I have lectured on these subjects in Merrimack, NH, Boston, MA, Providence, RI, New York, NY, Chicago, IL and Pasadena, CA for the National Center for Advanced Medical Education, Compass Medical Network, Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) and for SEAK, Inc. at its National Workers Compensation Seminar. I am the author of "Disability and the Latex Allergic Health Care Worker" ((c)J.M.Brady, 1996), a contributing author of "Multiple Chemical Sensitivity Cases and Daubert" (MCLE, 1998) and Workers Compensation Practice in Massachusetts, (MCLE, 2001)
