Brady & Monac, P.C., established in 1987, engages in the
general practice of law with an emphasis in disability law,
general and business litigation as well as real estate. We
represent numerous banks and mortgage companies and act as
agents for various title insurance companies.
I have experience litigating numerous cases in the areas
of workers compensation and social security disability law
before administrative agencies and have also tried a number
of civil and criminal cases in the District and Superior
Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Concentrating
in the area of disability law, including those persons who
suffer from latex allergies, I have lectured on these subjects
in Merrimack, NH, Boston, MA, Providence, RI, New York, NY,
Chicago, IL and Pasadena, CA for the National Center for
Advanced Medical Education, Compass Medical Network,
Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) and for SEAK,
Inc. at its National Workers Compensation Seminar. I am the
author of "Disability and the Latex Allergic Health Care
Worker" ((c)J.M.Brady, 1996), a contributing author of "Multiple
Chemical Sensitivity Cases and Daubert" (MCLE, 1998) and Workers
